Boot a Trisquel 5.0 liveCD or liveUSB and one of the options is memory check. Currently it only throws an error message. This is because there is a wrong path specified on the media in /syslinux/txt.cfg:
/isolinux/mt86plus instead of /syslinux/mt86plus
(If you have a liveUSB then you can easily fix it using a text editor. Perhaps you could open the .iso and fix it there too? Dunno.)

This same problem happens at least for me also with 5.5.
Also happens on mini 5.5 (against which you cannot file bugs...)
Happens on trisquel_6.0-20130211_amd64.iso when booted from a usb stick made using usb-creator.
(When I look at the .iso in file-roller, there I see an isolinux folder but on my usb stick there is a syslinux folder??)
lembas: how did you "burn" the image in your USB stick, using "dd" or "usb-creator"? Perhaps the second of them change things up (or down?).
I used usb-creator.
Happens on trisquel_7.0_i686.iso too, when booted from a usb stick.
I get this message when I run trisquel_7.0_amd64.iso memory test: "/isolinux/mt86plus: file not found"
