Trisquel GTK Theme modifications

The Trisquel GTK theme is really great. Thanks for the work. It just have some minor problems: Most of the fonts are using shadows, making it really hard to read them. I would suggest only to use shadows in rare places (e.g. window titles).

I would also welcome a few modifications to the start menu. Please find attached a modified version of the theme including the requested changes. It works extremely well with the font modifications requested in: https://trisquel.info/en/issues/4923

At least I would remove the Font Shadow from the general Menu Fonts like 'File' / 'Edit' ... (and this is how it was in the gtk2 theme, too).
