Notification popup is cut off when font size is increased

When increasing font sizes using Advanced Settings, the black notification popup gets cut off at the right hand side. It appears as if the popup is not shifted to the left to accommodate the increase in font size.

This happens both when changing font sizes using "Text Scaling Factor" and when adjusting only font sizes.

Sorry I want to just be 100% clear on what the problem is. This is not a cropped photo (on the top and right side) where it says you have "recieved 1..." I am assuming that is the upper right corner of your monitor and the text goes off the screen? I just want to be clear on what the issue is exactly. Thanks!

That is correct. The right hand side of the image corresponds to the right hand side of my monitor. Sorry if I was unclear.
