"Unexpected error" message with Abrowser's "Report a problem" option

In Abrowser 13, every time I select "Report a Problem" under the Help menu I a box appears saying "Unexpected error!"

I tested the URL in the screenshot and could not reproduce this bug. I suspect the issue was fixed a long time ago.

I can't find a "Report a Problem" menu item underneath Help in Abrowser 19. Is this bug still active?
