Description

Several forum posts and mailing list messages for Trisquel advise users to install Broadcom's non-Free wireless drivers. For example:

http://trisquel.info/es/forum/broadcom-bcm-4313
http://listas.trisquel.info/pipermail/trisquel-usuarios/2011-August/006210.html
https://trisquel.info/gl/forum/unable-connect-my-wireless-network

According to the FSF President Richard Stallman:
http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/gnu-linux-libre/2010-12/msg00032.html

"The official forums for a free distro shouldn't have advice to run a
nonfree program."

Although later posts in these threads discourage the use of the non-Free drivers, the initial posts with advice to install them still remain, including links to the non-Free software. Those posts must be deleted for Trisquel to remain Free.

I don't think Trisquel should be considered "non-free" if a user links to non-free software. However, I think posts that contains links to non-free software should be edited so that the link is removed.

Not only Trisquel should not be considered non-free because of this but also these posts should NOT be edited. That is tantamount to censorship.

The fact that most knowledgeable members of the forum issue warnings and explain the issues is enough.
