Dillo broken

The version of Dillo shipped in 24.04 LTS distros is broken. It won't even access simple sites like dillo-browser.org.

Might Trisquel have a backport of Dillo that works better?

I find Dillo to be a very agreeable browser. They even wrote an article about forking the web to something more respectful to people.
