Reinstall Questions

I finally reinstalled T12 after hours of problems. (More on that later.) As of right now I have succeeded in moving my Home folder contents to the new system, but it landed in the wrong place. I saved my Home folder on a usb stick as a file called OEM-Thnkpad. It wound up as a sub-directory to my new Home.I ended up with the usual Desktop, Documents, Downloads, et cetera, and then OEM-thinkpad.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
