Trisquel 5.5 x86 and x64 live cd and live usb partman crash error 141

When i try to install trisquel 5.5 on my 160gb sata ii hdd on lenovo think pad t500 2241 model .installer crashes with the following error

ubi-partman crashes with exit code 141 during live install

help appreciated

I am able to install on Vmware workstation .
