Package and set up DNSCrypt-proxy as default

Is it possible to package and add DNSCrypt-proxy (http://freecode.com/projects/dnscrypt-proxy) as default DNS provider in Trisquel instead of using dnsmasq service and Google DNS by default?
This would make distro much more secure.
