When I click on a link to a web page on Evince, I get this error:
Unable to open external link
Failed to execute child process «abrowser» (Permission denied)
from dmesg:

Solved by following process from:

Added:
/usr/lib/abrowser/abrowser.sh Cx -> sanitized_helper,
to /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/ubuntu-browsers
Then restarted AppArmor:
sudo /etc/init.d/apparmor restart
