This bug is already reported/fixed upstream.

Debian is already fixed. (unstable version)

Thanks for bringing this up so promptly.

Trisquel's webkitgtk is a verbatim copy of the Ubuntu one and the licensing error affects them too. So I've opened this launchpad bug to notify them:
