apt-get reports packages as missing but they exist in the repo

apt-get reports packages as missing but they exist in the repo. This is not the first time i encounter this with trisquel:
apt-get says:
E: unable to correct missing Packages.
https://archive.trisquel.info/trisquel/pool/main/p/poppler/libpoppler-qt4-4_0.41.0-0ubuntu1.10_amd64.deb

browsing the repo i find:
https://archive.trisquel.info/trisquel/pool/main/p/poppler/libpoppler-qt4-4_0.41.0-0ubuntu1.11_amd64.deb
and:
https://archive.trisquel.info/trisquel/pool/main/p/poppler/libpoppler-qt4-4_0.41.0-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb

manual install works flawlessly and resolves the broken dependencies

but a new try with apt and exact package information fails again:

sudo apt-get install libpoppler-qt4-4_0.41.0-0ubuntu1.11_amd64.deb

results in:

E: Unable to locate package libpoppler-qt4-4_0.41.0-0ubuntu1.11_amd64.deb

Trisquel 8.0 support ended in April 2021.
Please open a new issue in case it remains on the current supported
release.
