The best NTP server for Trisquel

User can set NTP server using netinstaller. However the installer suggests ntp.ubuntu.com by default. Is this the best server or has Trisquel project own server for this purpose?

I don't think Trisquel has its own. I picked one from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NTP_pool
