Burn iso to usb

I tried many methods to burn EASYRE to USB.
I used make startup disk creator doesn't work and the I tried this command "sudo dd if=/home/tyler/Desktop/EasyRE_for_Windows_10.iso of=/dev/sdc1 bs=8M;sync" It works but when I try and boot up from it I get a error that the operating system is missing.

EasyRE is not free software. This forum will not help you in the installation of proprietary software. It would not be helping you. Proprietary software never is the solution.
