Change my forum nickname

I want to change my nickname because I used "stas73, stas730, stas73020" nicknames for non-free software.
Now I don't want to use "bad" nickname.
How can I change my nickname?
I don't have access to my e-mail address or password but this password is saved in my browser and browser data is copied on USB flash drive.
You can change my nickname to "Otaku" or "AnimeFan".
Also my account is bugged:
"stas730" in e-mail address field.
"Ukraine" country and "Spain" states. I cannot "- select -" state (error).
