Community driven content websites

I would like to share (and have other people sharing) content websites that are built from the efforts of its users/members. Websites that provide what they provide because the community behind them constantly work to make that a reality. If possible only websites that use free licenses (so that their stuff is free to use and modify).
Some that I know and use:
https://www.wikipedia.org/ (online encyclopedia)
https://archive.org/ (online library, with videos books audios files, etc. It actually gives access to some files from the other websites too)
http://librivox.org/ (audio books)
http://www.gutenberg.org/ (ebooks)
Do you guys know more? =)
I forgot to mention one that I have been using for many years now.
http://www.fanfiction.net/ (original and fan based books, but be careful that these are not free for commercial use)
For people who like to read, you can CERTAINLY find something on the this that will suit your tastes =)
Thanks lembas =)
I didn't know about libregamewiki. It looks really good, and a website one must have for those who say "linux is not for gamers". Although, I would have to start by teaching them about GNU, not linux ;)
Also, someone told me about hppt://libre.fm which is a good music archive. I took a listening and enjoyed it so far.
Wow.... amazing *.* never knew this site existed. It really is THE database for the internet. It's what the internet should look like *.*
All the free content could probably be accesses through those links.
Thanks Arrow. I don't know how one can be pro piracy when he has this website... So much content and knowledge and... I will die and go to that website, because that is heaven for me *.*
Okay, sorry, I must be over emotional today :P
But the site is awesome.
Thanks!
As a side note (this is not related to community driven websites) I discovered that http://www.techhive.com/ has some (won't say all, I only tried a few) videos related to technologies and such that play with html5 AND theora! =D
Actually amazing, one more website that you can watch videos without running any plugins like flash or totem or divx.
In order to watch the videos you need to run JavaScript, so no vids for me. The rest of the site is usable though.
What's wrong with Javascript? You didn't even say "non free javascript".
You refuse to run any javascript in your machine??
You could try using Tor Browser, they have made a good work disabling some dangerous javascripts in their browser.
The "video" tag is part of HTML5. No need of JavaScript... and JavaScript is a language. A JavaScript program can be free or proprietary. Like a C or a Java program can be free or proprietary.
