Hi guys, on a new installation of Trisquel GNU/Linux 6.0, after the installation of several software that I need on my pc, on the restart of the "Add/remove applications" it give me a problem while checking available and installed applications, it cannot finish the process...
The windows says to do sudo apt-get update and after that sudo apt-get install -f
Updating there are no problems, but with the second command, it give me tons of error and nothing change... I am not able to install/remove software now, so I pray you to give me some answer to solve that stuff...

Trying to repair the packages in the package manager it says to me:

E: /var/cache/apt/archives/libgtk2.0-0_2.24.10-0ubuntu6+6.0trisquel2_i386.deb: './usr/share/doc/libgtk2.0-0/changelog.Debian' is different from the same file on the system
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/libsdl1.2debian_1.2.14-6.4ubuntu3+6.0trisquel1_i386.deb: './usr/share/doc/libsdl1.2debian/changelog.Debian.gz' is different from the same file on the system
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/gtk2-engines-pixbuf_2.24.10-0ubuntu6+6.0trisquel2_i386.deb: './usr/share/doc/gtk2-engines-pixbuf/changelog.Debian' is different from the same file on the system
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/libgail18_2.24.10-0ubuntu6+6.0trisquel2_i386.deb: './usr/share/doc/libgail18/changelog.Debian' is different from the same file on the system
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/libgail-common_2.24.10-0ubuntu6+6.0trisquel2_i386.deb: './usr/share/doc/libgail-common/changelog.Debian' is different from the same file on the system

Fixed deleting the changelog.Debian and changelog.Debian.gz files, but I fink that it's a serious bug..

I just ran into this issue while running:

sudo apt-get install ia32-libs-gtk ia32-libs

I did this on a recent installation of trisquel 6 on a 64-bit LXDE platform.

If you install ia32-libs-multiarch, it breaks the system because there's something wrong with SDL and I think OpenJDK. More info and a fix here:

I don't know if it's possible to do the fix while the system is broken or not. If not, look at what packages are conflicting and remove them (all at once), that will fix the problem.
