guys i just got an job i hope but this job is demanding and i wont be much into the whole testing phase i been in lately i love trisquel but i need something more for school - - chrome and ny anime- so i am currently looking for a distro that can get the job done fast with out hiccups- i got 3 choices guys - debian kde- ubuntu gnome/mate or fedora.
As philosophically-superior replacement for Chrome, try Iridium:

It's not in the Trisquel repositories, but version 43.8-rc1 has been
evaluated as being free software.
Respectfully, Adonay.
Have a nice day.

i am using libre office but i must use Chrome for the expermental Hmtl5 support for my class. i love Gnu/linux but it is getting really hard for me to be libre free right now for school but i can download the mp3 files and use them to study by
"i must use Chrome for the expermental Hmtl5 support for my class."
do you have a link to the web page this is required on?
You might also consider using *someone elses* computer. A school computer for instance would enable you to complete the class without installing non-free software. While I personally find the requirement offensive it's a solution.
here
i meant a link the the website so that i could look at the source code and try to figure out why it wont run
it may be possible to get around it
It looks like all you should need to do is install the User Agent Switcher and select a recent version of Android. That'll force out a standard HTML5 page according to the message.
* Unless I misinterpreted it
acorrding to the teacher at linux acadmey - they use Chrome due to the Hmtl5 a google thing or somthing like it,=...
It is the third time you post about your supposedly free software course imposing the use of proprietary software. You should heavily complain. Not only your course does not seem to care about ethics at all but, from what you tell us, the course looks technically terrible too.
In the current case, HTML 5 is a standard. The whole point of a standard is to have interoperability. *Any* modern browser should render properly written HTML 5 in the exact same way. Besides, even if the teacher stupidly considers that interoperability is overrated, he or she should know that Chrome has the same rendering engine (Webkit) as several free software Web browsers. Epiphany and Midori for instance. Those are the ones the teacher should suggest (even if, again, he or she should care as well about identical rendering on other HTML5-compliant Web browsers such as Firefox). Those are the ones you should use. They are in Trisquel's repository. Chrome would render the page in the exact same way...
... unless we are talking here about watching videos with DRMs. In that case, ditch that school and be vocal about it!
for me it DRM and i am about to be taking the Exam so i am almsot done with the school - my next goal is the is AWS and Redhat Certs! but i am going to take the dirct aproach and go to the red hat class that they give- i am very vocal about it stupid fact the Html5 doesnt work- the funny thing is i found out the HTML thing kinda works as i type - the nuggets are working but not the course
