Sure, of course it's okay. Trisquel is free software. That includes the freedom to sell copies for money if you want.

If you wanted, you could donate a portion of the proceeds to the Trisquel project to help us out, but it's not required.

You can sell/distribute Trisquel on Ebay and you don't need permission (although it is a nice gesture :). You do however have to abide by the license of the programs you distribute. For example the easiest way to be in compliance would be to include both the regular distro disk and a source code DVD along with it.
