Does anyone knows how to improve the upload of videos for Trisquel Abrowser?

I like very much Trisquel Abrowser, so far is doing fine. By using the Mirc Trisquel channel, I was able to fix a few issues while been assisted with the help of others.
My most common question?
Is there a way, how to improve the download time of streaming videos, while using abrowser. For example: Utube. BBC, CBS, CNN, REUTERS, and some other news corporations.

I solve partially the issue,of the download and upload.
I did purchased an old Cisco 2950 switch and a Cisco WifI router, I'm using DHCP only, for know. I started troubleshooting my network using wire-shark, did noticed, I was losing data packages, that cause lag; while using the old D-LINK wired router.
Once, I got the services transfer back to new hardware, it was much better and stable. Yet and still my bandwidth is limited.
My main focus was stability and reliability overall.
Yet, there is some issues about abrowser that is limiting the full functionality, some News websites required Adobe Flash and their video streaming does not work with abrowser. Specially, some of the web based games that are only for windows using adobe flash player. This is not for me, this is for a new machine, that I built and transfer to my in-laws using Trisquel, nothing less, nothing more. My in-laws have two 9-11 year old kids who love to play web based games.

The only way to improve Flash would be to contribute to Gnash's development. There's not much you can do there. The best you can do is explain that Flash is nonfree, spies on users, and is outdated, though some older Flash games do work with Gnash (and a lot of Flash videos).
If these kids haven't seen them before, introduce them to the many games on the repo that can be installed. Some initial games to mention might be SuperTux, SuperTuxKart, Ceferino (Pang), Kapman (Pac-man), Gwled (Bejeweled), LTris (Tetris), LBreakout (Arkanoid), and GNUjump. There's also Secret Maryo Chronicles which is great, but an upstream bug causes it to not work without creating /usr/share/games/smc/campaign manually (e.g. "sudo mkdir /usr/share/games/smc/campaign").
The kids can then browse the Games section of Add/Remove Applications themselves. The only drawback would be needing to get an administrator (e.g. parent or perhaps older sibling) to type their password to accept the changes when they want to install new games.
By the way, this isn't a game, but every kid should know about Celestia, since it's really cool. :)

web based games are problably popular because they can then go and talk to friends on other os that can play the same games. also does not involve using admin rights.
i think there is a way to only give admin rights only to install without passwords the stuff on the install uninstall software.
i am pretty sure there should be plenty of web based games that do not use flash. they might have javascript that might be a bit bad but not as bad.

Nonfree Javascript games are just as nonfree as nonfree Flash games; the only difference is that Javascript itself isn't nonfree. I really don't think steering kids toward nonfree Javascript games is the answer to anything.
I also don't really think the appeal of embedded games is to play the same games as others. There are tons of games that are cross-platform and not embedded in web pages; actually, I can't think of many free games that aren't. The appeal is probably that there are a huge amount of them, frequent new ones, and no (apparent) downloading, not to mention they're gratis. Of course, most free games I'm aware of, including all the ones in the repo, are gratis as well, and there are quite a bit of them, so whether or not these kids will be happy with the free games depends on how important the convenience and frequent new games are to them.
I opt to download all those libre games that are available on the trisquel servers. Finally, I had a short and brief conversation with their parents, and simply explained to them, that there is malicious code on those web sites, that hurts other operating systems such as windows by spreading viruses.
Trisquel GNU/LINUX is a clean and a pretty secure operating system, using the latest technology free of charge, at no cost and even better than Windows Junk.
This is as far my kindness is stretch, you a got a brand pc and software that is free not tight up to proprietary software that requires purchasing a license.
Their father and mother Thank me, and told not worry. Having a Pc is a luxury for those kids.
And if you need more games, these ones are free software and their media assets are also freely licensed.
Many of those probably are in Trisquel but perhaps not all.
