What about us honest fellows who did not get pilloried? Are we still going to be facially recognized through Street View unblurred blurred pictures?

I am planning to settle nearby a detention facility, I have noticed that satellite pictures get highly pixelated around these zones. So I might be able to hide my moonshining activities. From the satellites.
