GDBus.Error / lose settings pcmanfm

I get this error after booting:

GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.Error.Failed: An authentication agent already exists for the given subject

The error does not always appear, but more than 50%.

I also lose the settings in pcmanfm after a reboot. For example, the bookmarks are reset to default. Maybe a connection with the error?
