I love how clean it looks.
I'll try installing it tomorrow.

Never mind, I'll do it today. :-)

I installed it in my ~/.themes/ directory, and was able to change the GTK theme, but not the window or icon themes. Is this theme supposed to include icons, or do I have to install them elsewhere to get the look in the preview image?

What's your DE ? you can change the window border .
and you should install icon theme separately,
i used the (ultra-flat) icon

The window border doesn't change even though I have M.E.1 selected as the window theme. (I installed it as Cleiton suggested.)

Here's a screenshot (Indexed to 256 colors to save space.)

Are these (http://ubuntu-tutorial.com/ultra-flat-icon-theme-on-my-ubuntu-14-10-utopic-unicorn/) the icons used? Unfortunately, they restrict commercial use. (They are licensed under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.)

What's the purpose of posting this link? His window/GTK theme is properly licensed under the GNU GPL.
