Gratis static landing page sources (No java script)

Hi everyone, I wish all of you a great day.
I hope I am not breaking forum rules, because this question is only tangentially related to Trisquel: it is more about libre software in daily life.
I am a happy user of Trisquel since 2013. I can do my own tasks with my old ThinkPad from 2010.
But when I go to Internet, I find a burning hell.
Now I can not even find links or websites which I know perfectly are there: search engines, even outside of the big tech companies, only offer me trash results.
Not even mentioning the enshitification promoted by Large Language Models: they seem to be purposefully hiding results.
I am searching for more than 2 months, going online a few times per week, a gratis static landing page made using only HTML and CSS (I mean, static, right?).
But I only find shit everywhere (please forgive my language, "everywhere" is perhaps too rough).
If someone can help me with some ideas about where or how can I find gratis templates for static landing pages (or even better, for small websites) I would really appreciate your assistance.
If there is a better place to post this question, forgive my mistake and let me know where can I post it.
Have a nice rest of day.
You could use apostrophe to create pages with markdown, and pelican to parse that into static html pages. Both packages are available in the Trisquel repo.

What is the use case? I am wondering why you would not create this yourself.
