Hi. I'm using triskel now. but i can't find screen locking menu on settings. it always locking every time my laptop screen goes to black. can someone help me ?

Try uncheking "Lock screen when screensaver is active" in Settings > Look and feel > Screensaver.
EDIT: sorry, this was for MATE in Trisquel, not Triskel. Maybe System Settings > Display and Monitor > Screen Locker?

Try installing kde-config-screenlocker
I have not tested it out yet, but it does come up in system settings.
