I'm thinking of just bringing Tails and flash drives to where I'm going today so I don't have to bring my laptop (need a break bringing my bag, my back kinda hurts -_-). How do I access my system from outside or remotely (the place I'm going is in the same place/city)?

You will also need to open up a port on your home router to allow SSH conncetions. In addition, you will need to either jot down your IP address, or set up dynamic DNS (unless you have a static IP address at home).

I also suggest using key-based authentication instead of the default password-based authentication for stronger security.
