How to get black font on the names of items on the desktop wallpaper/background?

Like "Trash" and other icons at desktop wallpaper/background. How do I get the font of the names of the icons to be black and not white?

The font size can be changed easily in the Preferences menu,
but that's part of the file manager, so any change in font
color would be global, and then you'd have to change the
background in the file manager's windows.
