Making bootable Trisquel USB - Help !

Hi, I want to test Trisquel for the first time, can any one please tell me how to make bootable USB for this OS on my Windows 7?

Use e.g. http://aligunduz.org/FUSBi/

Feed it manually a Trisquel .iso image.

Note that any OS will be much slower on a USB stick compared to normal install.
