Is the OLinuXino a floss hardware design?

Also if this can run with only floss software can it run Trisquel.
I think an Arduino can run only floss software, but maybe not Trisquel, unless you had many hooked up together is a "computer cluster" maybe.

shows "Allwinner is notorious for GPL violations; consider this when making a purchase." though maybe someone else can make the OLinuXino hardware if it is floss hardware.

Meanwhile, I heard (but I don't know the details yet) that some non-free thing was found in u-boot for this device and that someone is trying to solve this (remove the non-free part).
I have several Olinuxino Lime 2. This particular one has no GPL violation issue as far as I am aware.
