Proposal: Update "Enable DVD Playback"

One of the thing I first noticed about Trisquel is that libdvdcss is unsupported. Thankfully we have a wiki page dedicated to installing it, But the shell script noted on the wiki is no longer present in T8.0.
I did some digging and noticed that the VideoLAN page has a Debian repo with it. First we should test if this installation method works, then update the wiki accordingly.
It does work; I use it.
Trisquel should take up Ubuntu's libdvd-pkg method. Libdvd-pkg has been there since Ubuntu 15.10.
Until it does, use the Videolan repo method.

My only concern is that libdvdcss might violate DMCA (Domination by Media Company Act) in the United States...
So be careful to enable it by default.
DMCA is the reason libdvdcss must be a separate dowload. If Ubuntu can include libdvd-pkg, so can Trisquel. Is there anything to prevent this freedomwise?
I know Canonical is based on the Isle of Man. Where is Trisquel based? I thought it was Spain but does it make a difference when the developer resides in the US?
Not only the Unites States, don't forget the so-called "Free Trade Agreements". USA can impose draconian laws like DMCA on other countries.
OK everyone!
I've updated it on the documentation. Could someone overview and improve, and if OK, a translation?
You forgot about importing the key.
wget -O - http://download.videolan.org/pub/debian/videolan-apt.asc | sudo apt-key add -
Other than that, it works.
