Raptor Computer Systems not responding to support requests

Does anybody know what's happening at Raptor Computer Systems? I purchased a Blackbird bundle earlier this year, but can't get it to power on. I've lodged support requests but have had no response after 2 months. I don't know where else to turn for help, but I know there are a few Blackbird / Talos users here. Is Raptor Computer Systems still operating?

Thank you, I had not found that Support Request Checklist. It didn't help me, but I've submitted another request with the specified information. :fingers_crossed:
The second link you provided gives me hope that now maybe someone *will* respond to my request. I can't agree that they've resolved their support issues though, there is no mention in the user manual about the requirements for lodging a support request, nor was there any indication in the automatic response received after lodging the ticket. There is also no link to that page in their wiki.
There's a good chance Tim will respond on Twitter.
I highly recommend posting your problem on #talos-workstation on Libera.chat and let someone from the community try to help you.
