Good Morning everyone
I have a drastic problem with my Trisquel-mini 6.0 LXDE.
I changend unintentionally in the Monitor Settings (GUI) someting, I tink.
Now, if I start up Trisquel, following happens:
- The Bootmanager starts without problems
- I can see how Trisquels starts (I have automatic login)
- I see for short time some text and the mouse, then the screen have no input signal.
How can I reset the Monitor Settings (in the text based configurations)?
I have a Ubuntu on the same Computer and have access to the system fils.
Thanks for help

Can you access a terminal by typing Ctrl+Alt+F1? If so, the problem is indeed related to the X server. You can log in the terminal and take a look at the Xorg's logs and spot the problem:
$ less /var/log/Xorg.0.log
If a X has a configuration file, you can remove it:
$ sudo rm /etc/X11/xorg/conf
Yes, I can go to the terminal an login.
If I take a look on Xorg.0.log, I don't understand one word. Can you help me, how I have to read this or say me what you see in the file? I make a attachment of it.
I don't have a diretcory /etc/X11/xorg/
But I tryed with removing /etc/X11/xorg.conf and /etc/X11/xorg.conf.vesa, but nothing changed :-(
hmm....
Would be nice, if You can help me, thanks
PS: there are some more files in /etc/X11/, perhaps they are interessting? I take a Screenshot of them.

Would running xrandr with the help of https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/xrandr or http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=article&item=927&num=2 help?
Maybe you accidentally hit the key to switch monitor output to external monitor?
Yesssss...
the xrandr was helpfull!
I opened blind a Terminal (with Ctrl+Alt+T) and tipped "xrandr --auto"
Then I saved the Monitor Settings with the GUI, because: "Changes you make using xrandr will only last through the current session"
Thats all
Thanks to all for help!!
