Stable Jitsi Meet instance?

Hey everyone!
I am going to have the need to do audio (maybe video) calls over to a lot of different people. Because most of these people use Whatsapp and Skype and other such programs, I am trying to find an alternative that works well and doesn't require them to install a new program (in my experience most people won't do so for a single call).
I thought Jitsi Meet would be an option, since it runs in the browser and requires no work from the other person. I can even use a "vanity URL" which should help to make the person comfortable with an unknown platform.
However, I have tried it in the past (Snopyta) and it didn't feel very stable, as in a lot of audio difficulties and some unexpected log outs during the calls.
Has anyone tried other instances and can provide advice in a stable one? I am also open to other platforms that I may not know of (as long as they are FS and privacy respecting). Thanks a lot.
I have recently been using the following instance successfully with Ungoogled Chromium:
It seems to be fine now with FF derivatives too, including Abrowser 81 in Trisquel 9.
Thank you both!
So, it was not about the instance I was using, probably it was due to Abrowser being FF derivative? Thanks.
Probably: before version 80, Firefox (and its derivatives) did not have a bug-free implementation of https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4588 what was creating troubles when using Jitsi Meet.
As s side note, does anyone knows if it works well in Android? I don't have Firefox, so I am stuck using WebView based browsers.
EDIT: Also, other people will probably not have Firefox installed so that's important if people will need to use their phones.

I don't have a phone, but I have heard that it does not work well in mobile browsers, and that you should use the Jitsi mobile app instead.
Thank you.
I will use the app on my own devices if needed, but hope I won't have to ask others to do so.
Btw, how are things going with your experiments for mobile devices? You mention you don't have a phone but I remember you were trying out the Pinephone, correct?

Don't tell them to use Jitsi Meet in a mobile browser. It really does not work well, and will give them a bad first impression of the service. If they don't want to install an app (even though they presumably had no problem installing their stupid Zoom/Skype/NSA app), tell them to use a real computer instead of their stupid phone (but use more polite wording than I just did).

I haven't touched the Pinephone in a few months. I've been meaning to put an up-to-date image on it to see how things have come along on the software side, but it's low priority.
