I installed in the last version of trisquel 9.
I cannt find the app.

How can I reduce services of systemd in gui interface if its posible?
I want to rid of samba, wifi , bluetooth, ssh, ... I just want an internet browser and an email client. I guess thats a coffee shop pc :)

Just another comment: Trisquel 9 graphics feels heavier than trisquel 8

Thank you.

I was trying to uninstall completly and I feel miserable because there is one packet to uninstall after an huge installation.

You had better 'sudo apt install' on a fresh NetInstall.

It's not much different from the GUI installer. The defaults are good, partitioning automatic, network is auto-configured. Only select the DE that you want to use (mini, Triskel KDE or MATE Trisquel desktop).

It looks more or less identical to Debian's text mode installer.

I watched the video. No control over core system and software installation. So... I would need post installation control.
Thats the reason I never succeed with netinstall.

You can install a minimal (terminal-only) system with a NetInstall and then 'sudo apt install' the sole packages you want.

OK thank you . I will try but , probably core system it s too much for me. And aplications like abrowser are not in the repositories by default I guess.

You can install the GUI parts bit by bit starting from xorg, openbox or twm/fvwm. It can be very basic or oldschool if you wish. Just like it was 30 years ago when X had to be launched 'startx' (make your own .xsession or .xinitrc files).

You can read Arch wiki for guidance. It's not much different and the instructions are pretty good.

The most high-level program in a minimal NetInstall must be apt!

And aplications like abrowser are not in the repositories by default I guess.

They are. All packages are in the repository.

What would happen if @delaforce tried to download and install the .deb file for kde-config-systemd for Ubuntu Xenial (16.04)?
https://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/kde-config-systemd

Would that install and work?
