Is there a tracker for torrents of fully free GNU/Linux distros?

Some of you may be aware of linuxtracker.org, a website that provides torrent files for a wide range of GNU/Linux distros. Does anyone know if there is an equivalent site in the software freedom community that lists only FSDG-following distros like Trisquel? If not, how much work would it be to create one?
I started wondering while trying to find a magnet link or torrent file for Uruk 3.0. Unlike most distros they don't provide these links on their own website, nor on the SourceForge pages that contain their ISO downloads.
This is about a dozen distributions to track, with a new version every (other (other)) year. Someone could create and maintain the FSDG Compliant Distribution Page, with annoucements, updated links and seeded torrents, although it would probably be a rather quiet place.
As things stand, these two pages are the best starting point I know about:

Anyone with an account on the LibrePlanet wiki and access to the necessary information could do it. The question is, is anyone who has both of those inclined to do it?
While we're on the subject, why are we still downloading .torrent files from the Trisquel downloads page? Why not magnet links?
Will you calculate them? As far as I understand (I have never done that), RHash, which is in Trisquel's repository, can be used.

Is it significantly more work than generating a .torrent file? Seems like something that could be automated in the build system that generates new Trisquel releases.

I do not think so. Nevertheless, as I wrote, I have never done that either.

Sure. I just think the integration is more likely if the feature request comes with the way to compute the magnet link (only using free software, of course).
