Is there a way to get email notifications from the forum?

I sometimes go back to topics I posted weeks ago and see that someone posted a comment that I had originally missed. It would be easier to catch this if I got email notifications. Is there a way for me to get emails when someone comments on a topic I created or commented on?

No, I was looking for a way to get an email when someone replies to me.
Thank you for linking that page though; checking it alone is probably easier than looking through the all the topics in the forum to see if my topic has recent activity.

Or maybe subscribing to the mailing list instead. Though from time to time, it may require some maintenance.
