1. After installing Trisquel 4.0 beta, I did a update-grub2 to get the
other distros visible in the grub. This made the beautiful trisquel
flash screen disappear. How to restore it?

2. I share my /home partition between two distros. Now I lost the
trisquel logo at the applications menu. again how to restore this?

thanks in advance

In Trisquel 3.5 I installed ubuntustudio-desktop with no problem using
Synaptic. I also installed ubuntustudio-audio and
ubuntustudio-audio-plugins without problems. But when I try to install
ubuntustudio-graphics, I get this error message:

ubuntustudio-graphics:
Depends: ubuntustudio-font-meta but it is not going to be installed

And when I try to install ubuntustudio-font-meta, I get this error-message:

ubuntustudio-font-meta:
Depends: gsfonts-other but it is not installable
Depends: t1-xfree86-nonfree but it is not installable
Depends: ttf-larabie-deco but it is not installable
Depends: ttf-larabie-straight but it is not installable
Depends: ttf-larabie-uncommon but it is not installable
Depends: ttf-xfree86-nonfree but it is not installable
Depends: ttf-xfree86-nonfree-syriac but it is not installable

Also, when I try to install ubuntustudio-video, I get this error message:

ubuntustudio-video:
Depends: xjadeo but it is not installable

Any suggestions?

I see ubuntustudio-font-meta depends on some files named "**nonfree", so
probably that is the problem. Could those dependencies on non-free
files be eliminated?

Also I see xjadeo is missing from the Trisquel repository, although at
xjadeo is reported to be
licensed under the GPL. If I download and compile xjadeo, is that likely
to fix the problem with ubuntustudio-video?

Thanks for Trisquel -- it's fabulous!
