URGENT:!! Having issues with the update manager for Trisquel

I need help that will help me update my Trisquel. For the last 2 days my trisquel is not capable of updating itself, I have no idea what is causing it, I try both servers, USA and Spain and nothing is happening.

My normal modus operandi will be to update via update manager, and that stops working, It starts loading the updates, suddenly it drops out of thin air.

The following Message pops up saying that I need to connect to the internet, and the following reason:
