wireless Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 2200BG + Trisquel 4.5.1

Hola amigos,
Soy usuario de Linux Fedora 15 y a través de un amigo Gallego tuve contacto con Linux Trisquel y he instalado para conocer mejor la distribución y de repente pasar de Fedora para Trisquel.
Pero estoy con problemas en mi placa wirelles.
Los datos que tengo los pongo aquí:

He buscado en el google y inclusive aquí en el foro algo sobre el tema. Aquí encontré el tema, pero con comentarios de 2009. Algo nuevo que puede ayudarme a iniciar esta tarjeta wirelless?

En h-node.com encontré lo siguiente
Sin embargo no son buenas noticias :-/, muy probable tengas que
conseguir un dispositivo externo como un adaptador inalámbrico USB.

He abierto el enlace de h-node y he visto.
Infelizmente creo que con Trisquel mi tarjeta inalambrica no ha de funcionar.
Voy seguir buscando se encontró algún camino alternativo sin tener que usar un adaptador usb. Confeso que estoy muy interesado en usar el Trisquel, pero sin la tarjeta adaptada.
Caso descubra algo, por favor, comunique.

No hablamos solo de trisquel, hablamos de cualquier distro libre u otra
que use Linux-libre, ya que el driver/firmware de Intel NO es libre en
sus tarjetas de red inalámbricas.

En algunos casos existen desarrolladores free-lance crean proyectos para
desarrollar remplazos para esos drivers/firmwares. Tal es el caso de
algunas tarjetas broadcom u los de nuoveau (para tarjetas de video
nvidia).

Intel® PRO/Wireless 2200BG/2915ABG Driver 1.1.0 for Linux*. This is a unified driver for the Intel® PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection and Intel® PRO/Wireless 2915ABG Network Connection. These adapters are found in notebook computers with Intel® Centrino® mobile technology.
Intel is a supplier of notebook components and does not manufacture or sell complete notebook systems. The information and software provided here are for Linux systems with Kernels 2.6.13 or greater. Please refer to your manufacturer for information specific to your
notebook computer.
Driver Support:

DEVELOPMENT DRIVERS:

@Guillermo: ¿y cómo te ha ido? He bajado el driver pero no sé instalarlo. El enlace a sourceforge dice que ya está dentro el kernel, pero claro, como no es software libre no está en el kernel de Trisquel...
