errrrrrrrrr..... noob question, but... how do I switch between workspaces? (and where can I find the workspace settings?)

not sure if this is obvious in trisquel (and I'm being a moron) or if it just isn't as obvious as it should be.

I do not use Trisquel's default interface but try to help you anyway. I think you have to do Windows Key + Right Click on the panel to then "Add elements" to it. Including a workspace switcher that you can configure from its "properties" you get with another Windows Key + Right Click on it. If Windows Key + Right Click does nothing, try adding the Alt key to the mix.

To switch between workspaces use Ctrl+Alt+(up/down/left/right arrows). :)

Greetings. Let me add information.

If you want to add a workspace switcher, you have to keep alt pressed while you right click on the panel. It should pop up a menu and then you have to select "add to panel".

Thanks MagicBanana and WootMoon.

(a_slacker_here : it needs to be alt+[Windows Key], not just alt)

I guess my next question would be: why so obscure? It's not very noob-friendly.

It could, indeed, be somewhere in System Settings. Maybe filing a bug could be a way to request it?

Looks like it's listed in system > keyboard > shortcuts > navigation.

So it is. Big ups to the keyboard shotcut customiser. I love it.

I was also thinking of the whole WinKey+Alt+RightClick thing. What's up with that?
