No splash on EFI boot, no Trisquel theme on GRUB menu

On an EFI install on Trisquel, the GRUB menu shows up for a few seconds before boot and doesn't have the trisquel theming. In addition, the kernel command line lacks splash, to have plymouth start on boot. Having quiet is also a good idea to avoid dmesg spamming on screen during boot.

Running grub-mkconfig sets the quiet and splash arguments, but this is not done during the installation.
