"Trisquel" icon theme displays incorrectly in GTK3 programs

Using the "Trisquel" icon theme causes GTK3 programs like Nautilus to have icons of inconsistent sizes. GTK2 programs like Caja display correctly. Other icon themes such as Tango display correctly in GTK3 programs.
