Full Disk Encryption In The Graphical Installer

Historically, full disk encryption (minus /boot) needed to be done by the netinstall image. Eventually this was added to the graphical installer, which previously only had the option to encrypt the home directory.

In the upstream version, "Encrypt the new Ubuntu installation for security" encrypts the whole drive (minus /boot.)

I expected Trisquel 8 to pick this up and sure enough it did - almost. The option is there: "Encrypt the new Trisquel installation for security" but it only encrypts the home directory; it doesn't perform the same function and encrypt the entire drive (minus /boot.)
