Abrowser doesn't correctly render all Unicode characters (Firefox works)

If you view the compatibility matrix in following page:

http://docs.drush.org/en/master/install/

The green check boxes don't render in Abrowser. If you view it in Firefox, they are there.

It's unlikely caused by a JavaScript failure since the HTML inspectors in the developer tools of Firefox displays a green check box in the HTML code, whereas Abrowser displays a blank space.

Fonts are set to be the same in the browser preferences. I disabled all blocking of assets on that page by LibreJS and the new content blocking feature.

Trisquel 8.0 support ended in April 2021.
Please open a new issue in case it remains on the current supported
release.
