Git push via SSH using either "git" or own user in GitLab fail

As an example, having all parts of origin set to ssh://git@devel.trisquel.info:10022/adfeno/ubuntu-purge.git and attempting git push results in:

 GitLab: Failed to authorize your Git request: internal API unreachable fatal: Could not read from remote repository.



Please make sure you have the correct access rights and the repository exists.

I have my SSH key and OpenPGP/GPG keys added to my account.

Per the meeting in irc://chat.freenode.net/#trisquel-dev, on July 17th, 2020, the issue was solved by fixing the certificate and restarting the GitLab instance.
