Can't easily change desktop wallpaper

This bug is really about mini 5.5... (can't file such bugs)

When you right click desktop, there's no desktop preferences option. One can open the desired dialog with pcmanfm --desktop-pref

On my Trisquel mini 5.5 machine I have a Desktop Preferences entry as the last item in the context menu when I right click on the desktop. Could you please try this on a test account freshly created for the purpose on your machine. It may be the local config of the particular userid has become damaged.
