[Broken dependency] libnvtt2 [needed by 0ad]

I didn't revise its code, but the "copyright" file in the Ubuntu packages (http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=libnvtt2, in the "universe" repository) says it is licensed under Expat and FreeBSD licenses, which (both) are compatible with the GPL: https://gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html

In Ubuntu the package seems to be in "universe -- community maintained open source software".

Consistently in Debian it's in main.
