Problem with attachments

I tried to include an attachment in an issue but it failed in a funny way and now the link points to /issues. I believe it seemed to work while in preview. Maybe having a space in the file name is a big nono?

Similarly when I try to view the attachment in this issue I'm taken to /issue instead. However that attachment doesn't have a space in its name...
