Advanced Menu Doesn't Respect Dark Themes

Has anybody noticed that on Trisquel 9 and 10 the Advanced Mate Menu doesn't respect dark themes ? If you pick a dark theme for the Window Border and Controls the menu is still light. I simply workaround this by using the Brisk menu which respects the theme but was wondering if others had this issue.
