I was able to run Triskel fine from a USB live on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013)

I am posting this here, in case someone needs it in the future, to help someone switch to GNU/Linux for example.

I tried running Triskel (with KDE desktop environment) on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013) from a USB live.

I was able to boot from the USB live, by pressing the key option.

Speakers worked fine. I tested sound from 'Audio - System Settings'.

I was able to change the brightness of the screen by pressing either keys F1 or F2.

I was able to get a display of all windows on the screen (maybe Apple calls this 'expose') by pressing the key F3.
